Denise Dih serves as Professor for Design (space) at the Faculty of Interior Architecture, Architecture and Design, Technical University of Rosenheim since 2010. Her expertise centers on spatial design within interior architecture and architectural education across bachelor's and master's programs.
Her academic foundation includes architectural studies at:

- University of the Arts in Berlin
- Cornell University, Ithaca NY
Professor Dih's research integrates spatial theory with practical applications through project-based coursework in the Bachelor's Degree Program Interior Design and Master's program in Interior Architecture and Furniture Design. She developed curriculum for Basic Studies, elective modules like Bivak, and research projects spanning architecture and furniture design.
She founded the DODK office in 2005 to bridge academic and professional practice. Her academic supervision includes final theses for Interior Design and Architecture students, with courses such as Design Room 1 and Project 2 conducted at the Rosenheim Campus (Room E 1.10).
