Mr. Demokrat Ramadani is a researcher at the BiSEd Bielefeld School of Education and a member of the Faculty of Sociology at the University of Bielefeld. He coordinates the Democratic-Political Teacher Training Initiative (DePoLe), focusing on bridging democratic theory with experimental practice. His work aligns with the project "Democracy between scientific theory and experimental practice" under Prof. Flügel-Martinsen.
