Delmar Epp is Associate Professor of Psychology at Canadian Mennonite University, where he researches motivated thinking and self-protection mechanisms in social cognition. His work examines how needs, desires, and external influences shape beliefs and social affiliations.

Epp leads the Great CMU Psychological Health Survey, examining student wellbeing in small-campus environments. His pedagogical approach integrates psychological science with Christian worldview formation.
