Delia Furtado is a Professor of Economics at the University of Connecticut, specializing in Labor and Demographic Economics with a focus on immigration, family economics, and elderly care. She holds a Ph.D. from Brown University (2005) and has held visiting roles at Harvard, Brown, Boston University, and Yale.
