Delia Anderson serves as the Dean of the School of Arts & Sciences and Professor of Biology at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) in Boston. Her office is located in Fennell 267, and she can be reached at delia.anderson@mcphs.edu or 617.732.2910.
Dr. Anderson's educational background includes a BA from the University of Rhode Island, an MA from the University of South Carolina, and a PhD from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Her research focuses on Microbiology curriculum and teaching, Adjunct faculty development, and Program evaluation/outcomes assessment. She has contributed significantly to numerous academic programs including Biotechnology, Chemistry, Health Humanities, Health Psychology, Health Sciences, Medical and Molecular Biology, Premedical Health Studies, and Public Health at various degree levels. Her work bridges academic preparation with professional healthcare training, ensuring students receive comprehensive education that prepares them for successful careers in various health professions.
