Defne BOZBIYIK

Defne BOZBIYIK is a Lecturer at Dogus University's Faculty of Arts and Design, Textile and Fashion Design Department. Contact: dbozbiyik@dogus.edu.tr. She has contributed to national and international art exhibitions and specialized in computer-aided jewelry design, textile-fabric relationships in fashion, and original textile creation in garment design.

Research Interests

Her research focuses on the intersection of textile design with fashion innovation, computational tools in jewelry design, and historical influences on decorative arts. She has explored industrial revolution impacts on jewelry design through her academic work.

Teaching Experience

She has held teaching positions at multiple institutions, including Marmara University (2011-2013, part-time), Aydın University (2013-2015), and Haliç University (2014-2017) where she taught courses like Computer-Aided Jewelry Design and Fashion Fabric Relationships.
