Dr. Dedi Budiman Hakim is affiliated with IPB University, where he works within the Faculty of Economics and Management under the Department of Economics. He is actively involved in the project group C01, focusing on smallholder productivity, market access, and international linkages in rubber and palm oil production in Jambi Province, Indonesia.
Research Interests: Dr. Hakim specializes in Macroeconomics, with a focus on Trade Liberalisation and Regional Integration. His work includes policy analysis on oil subsidies and their impact on macroeconomic performance, poverty, and agricultural sectors, as well as empirical studies on capital ratios in state-owned banks using panel data methods. His research combines computational modeling (e.g., Recursive Dynamic Computable General Equilibrium) and econometric analysis.
