Declan Diamond serves as a Lecturer in Quantity Surveying within the Belfast School of Architecture and the Built Environment, part of the Faculty of Computing, Engineering and the Built Environment at Ulster University. His academic base is at the Belfast campus, located at 2-24 York Street, Belfast, BT15 1AP.
His research focuses on core areas of Quantity Surveying including Construction Management, Cost Engineering, Project Management, and Building Economics.
