Debra Stevens, Pharm.D., BCPP, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU). She previously served as Director of Pharmacy Services at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (2008–2016) and held an Assistant Professor position at the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy (1999–2008).
