Debra McKeown

Dr. Debra McKeown is an Associate Professor and Associate Department Head for Graduate Studies in the Department of Teaching, Learning & Culture at Texas A&M University. She holds a Ph.D. in Special Education from Vanderbilt University and has over a decade of classroom teaching experience in diverse educational settings. Her research focuses on evidence-based writing instruction, teacher professional development, and interventions for students with special needs.
