Deborah Schneider is a Researcher at Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences and a Doctoral Student at the University of Hohenheim. Her primary affiliation is with the Institute for International Research on Sustainable Management and Renewable Energy at Nürtingen-Geislingen, where she contributes to the BiodivRegio project. She concurrently pursues her doctoral studies within the interdisciplinary HABIT program at Hohenheim, focusing on biodiversity's role as a unique selling point in consumer decisions.

- Double M.Sc. in Management & International Strategic Marketing (University of Hohenheim & Université de Liège, Belgium, 2021–2023)
Research Focus: Examines consumer behavior in sustainable contexts, particularly how biodiversity in food influences purchasing decisions. Key themes include market research, sustainability in consumption, and leveraging biodiversity in agricultural landscapes. Her doctoral project explores biodiversity as a competitive advantage for consumer products.
