Deborah Glosser

Deborah Glosser, Ph.D., J.D., serves as an Assistant Professor in the Engineering program at Western Washington University. Her academic background includes:

• MS in Geophysics from the University of Pittsburgh
• PhD in Civil Engineering from Oregon State University
