Deborah Baker

Deborah Baker is a Lecturer and Field Supervisor at the University of Maine Farmington (UMF), dedicated to preparing future educators through practical training and collaboration. Her work focuses on lesson planning, differentiated instruction, classroom management, and school community engagement. She brings extensive experience as a teacher, principal, student teacher supervisor, and ASCD leader.
