Debbie Arnow

Debbie Arnow, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, serves as the Director of Nursing and Health Care Leadership Specialty and an Associate Professor at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing. With extensive experience in executive nursing leadership in acute care children's hospitals, she excels in clinical outcomes, personnel management, financial performance, and organizational strategic planning.
