Deb Vargas

Deb Vargas is Associate Professor in the Department of Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, the Department of Ethnicity, Race, and Migration, and the Department of American Studies at Yale University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Her interdisciplinary scholarship bridges feminist, queer, Chicana/x, and American studies with a focus on the cultural politics of the U.S.-Mexico borderlands.
