Deb Keller is an Assistant Professor of Special Education at Mercyhurst University, actively pursuing a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction with a concentration in Special Education at the University of Toledo. Her career spans nineteen years in K-12 education, including roles as a special education supervisor, principal, instructional coach, and classroom teacher.
- Education: B.S. and M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Bowling Green State University; Ph.D. (in progress) at University of Toledo.
- Research Focus: Instructional methodologies for students with social/emotional needs and implementation of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) strategies to support behavioral needs.
- Teaching Experience: Adjunct professorships at Franklin University and Grand Canyon University.
