Dawn W Foster is an Assistant Professor in Social & Behavioral Sciences at the Yale School of Public Health and a Lecturer in Psychiatry at Yale School of Medicine. Her research focuses on understanding substance use behaviors, particularly cannabis and e-cigarette use among adolescents and young adults, with an emphasis on social and psychological factors influencing prevention and treatment efforts. She holds a PhD from the University of Houston, an MPH from the University of Texas, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University.
