Davide Barbieri is an Associate Professor at the Department of Mathematics, Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM), College of Sciences. Since 2021, he has held the position of Profesor Contratado Doctor (Associate Professor), following previous roles as Assistant Professor (2016–2021) and Marie Curie Research Fellow (2014–2016). His research focuses on geometric and harmonic analysis with interdisciplinary applications, supported by projects such as PID2022-142202NB-I00 (Principal Investigator) and H2020-MSCA-RISE-2017 Project 777822 (Local Coordinator).
