David Wong

David Wong is a Professor at the Molecular Biology Institute of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). His research focuses on salivary diagnostics for oral and systemic diseases, leveraging genomic, proteomic, and metabolomic technologies. He pioneered the "Oral Fluid NanoSensor Test (OFNASET)" for point-of-care disease detection and contributed to the discovery of salivary extracellular RNA for liquid biopsy applications.
