David Wall

Dr. David Wall is a Senior Lecturer in Transport at the School of Engineering and Architecture, University College Cork, and a Funded Investigator at the SFI MaREI Centre for Energy, Climate, and Marine. His research focuses on renewable gas technologies (biogas, biomethane, biohydrogen), circular economy systems, and decarbonisation strategies.

His recent publications highlight advancements in anaerobic digestion, biogas pipeline design, microbial electrosynthesis, and biochar applications for enhancing bioenergy yields. These works emphasize sustainability, systems integration, and climate-resilient energy solutions.
