Dr. David Vicic, the Howard S. Bunn Distinguished Professor of Chemistry at Lehigh University, leads a research group focused on the organometallic chemistry of earth-abundant metals (cobalt, nickel, copper) for catalysis, synthetic methodology, and fluorine chemistry. His lab develops environmentally friendly approaches to fluoroalkylation reactions and investigates metal-ligand interactions in high-valent complexes.
