Prof. David Vetchý serves as Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. He is a Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology with extensive expertise in pharmaceutical formulation and drug delivery systems. His leadership extends to multiple institutional committees including the Dean's College, Rector's Board, and Scientific Council of the Faculty of Pharmacy.
Prof. Vetchý's research focuses on pharmaceutical technology, particularly in drug formulation development, bioavailability enhancement of poorly soluble drugs, and quality control of pharmaceutical products. His work encompasses solid dosage forms, self-emulsifying drug delivery systems, enteric coatings, and analytical methods for drug characterization.
