David Trigger

David Trigger is a Professor at the School of Social Sciences, Anthropology department at The University of Western Australia. With over 35 years of anthropological research focused on Australian society, he specializes in Indigenous systems of land tenure, cultural identity, and environmental management. His work examines the connections between land and cultural identity across diverse ancestries including Euro-Australian, Asian and Aboriginal perspectives.
