David Tipper

David Tipper is a Professor at the University of Pittsburgh's School of Information Sciences, where he also serves as the Director of the Graduate Telecommunications & Networking Program. He holds a secondary appointment in the Department of Electrical Engineering and has been affiliated with institutions such as Molde University College (Adjunct Professor II, 1998-2007) and Clemson University (Assistant/Associate Professor, 1987-1994). His industry experience includes roles at The MITRE Corporation and NASA's space shuttle mission simulator.
