David Srebnik

David Srebnik is a Lecturer of Music History and Theory at the Conservatory of Music, Purchase College, where he contributes to music education with expertise in music history, theory, and media. His career spans over 30 years in classical music programming and production across public and satellite radio.

He has mentored and supported emerging artists through programming decisions, giving early national exposure to ensembles like the Attacca Quartet, Calidore String Quartet, and Dover Quartet. He founded All Art is Personal™ in 2019 to help artists, composers, and institutions develop compelling narratives across media platforms.

His work in media and music curation has involved collaborations with leading artists including Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Gustavo Dudamel, Yo-Yo Ma, Yuja Wang, Emanuel Ax, and ensembles such as the Philadelphia Orchestra, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Kronos Quartet, and Imani Winds.
