David Rose

David Rose is a faculty member at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics. He holds a Doctor of Medicine from F.Edward Hebert School of Medicine and serves as Chief, Allergy & Immunology. His work bridges clinical practice and military medicine.

His research focuses on allergy & immunology, particularly severe asthma, chronic respiratory conditions, and cross-allergenicity in plant allergens. Clinical projects include biologic therapies for nasal polyposis and genetic studies of immunodeficiency disorders.

Recent publications highlight clinical case studies, allergic disease diagnostics, and military-relevant medical challenges. He has presented at the American College of Allergy and Immunology meetings and contributed to military trauma care reviews.
