David Preen

Professor David Preen is the Chair in Public Health at the School of Population and Global Health, The University of Western Australia (UWA). He holds an honorary academic appointment at Swansea University (UK) and has been a leader in linked data research for over 20 years. His roles include Deputy Head of School (Research) and former Director of UWA’s Centre for Health Services Research. Prof Preen has secured $58.2M in grants and published 321+ peer-reviewed articles, focusing on pharmaco-epidemiology, cancer services, and marginalized populations.
