David Penn, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Religious Studies at Rivier University's Department of Humanities and Social Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. from Boston University, an M.Div. from Sioux Falls Seminary, and a B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His interdisciplinary research bridges theology with adolescent spirituality, theopoetics, pedagogy, and the intersection of theology with science and pop culture.
