David Orser

David Orser is a Teaching Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering under the College of Science and Engineering. His primary focus is on undergraduate education, laboratory course development, and experiential learning strategies.

Dr. Orser specializes in project-based learning, active/flipped classrooms, and technical domains like mixed-signal integrated circuit design and power electronics.
