David Miller

David Miller is a faculty member at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, affiliated with the Animal Sciences Department within the College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences. His research investigates the molecular mechanisms of sperm storage and fertilization across species, with applications in human medicine and agricultural biotechnology.

Research in the Miller Laboratory focuses on cell adhesion and signaling processes in cattle, pigs, mice, and humans. The team employs genetic approaches using mice models to uncover fundamental biological principles while addressing practical challenges in fertility management and artificial insemination technologies.
