David McIlroy

David McIlroy is a Global Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame (USA) and a Visiting Professor in Banking Law at Queen Mary University of London. He is Head of Chambers at Forum Chambers in London, specializing in UK and EU banking, commercial litigation, financial mis-selling, insolvency, and professional negligence. His academic work integrates theology and legal philosophy, with a focus on natural law, the Trinity’s influence on law, and biblical foundations of justice.
