David Mansouri, Ph.D., M.S., is an Assistant Professor in the H. Ben Taub Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine. His research focuses on pathogenesis, prevention, and treatment of device-associated infections, particularly developing novel antimicrobial agents and coatings to combat bacterial colonization and biofilm formation. He has expertise in evaluating antimicrobial efficacy across diverse medical devices, including catheters, vascular grafts, and prosthetic implants.
