David Lim

David Lim is an Associate Professor at Open University Malaysia, where he has taught and trained in blended learning for over two decades. He serves as Program Director of OUM's English Studies programs and is the Founding Editor of OUM's e-magazine inspired, focusing on the 3Ps (practice, policy, and philosophy) of online, distance, and digital higher education (ODDHE). Lim is also a member of the editorial boards for the Southeast Asian Review of English (SARE) and the Journal of Open, Distance, and Digital Education (JODDE).

His research spans Cultural Studies and Critical ODDHE, emphasizing the intersection of pedagogy, technology, and educational philosophy. Lim actively contributes to advancing discourse in open and distance education through editorial leadership and academic engagement.
