David L. Blustein is a Professor and Golden Eagle Faculty Fellow in the Department of Counseling, Developmental, and Educational Psychology at Boston College. He holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University, with expertise in the psychology of working, career development, and social justice advocacy. His research focuses on decent work, work dignity, and precarity, with global collaborations through initiatives like the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the United Nations Development Program.
