David J. Moore, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and Professor of Psychiatry at UC San Diego Health. He co-directs the SDSU/UCSD Joint Doctoral Program (JDP) in Clinical Psychology and leads research at the HIV Neurobehavioral Research Program (HNRP). His work focuses on neurocognitive impairments in individuals with HIV, comorbid mental illness, and substance use disorders, with a special emphasis on technological interventions for medication adherence.
