معرفی
Professor David A. Huse is a renowned theoretical physicist affiliated with Princeton University and the Princeton Institute for the Science and Technology of Materials. He was elected as an MPQ Distinguished Scholar by the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics in 2017 to foster collaboration with their Quantum Many-Body Systems and Theory divisions.
Educational Background:
- PhD in Physics from Cornell University (1993)
Research Interests:
Prof. Huse specializes in statistical and quantum many-body physics, with significant contributions to phase transitions, spin glasses, and magnetic ordering. His current work explores ultracold atomic systems, non-equilibrium phenomena, quantum thermalization, and many-body localization.
Scientific Recognition:
- Over 200 peer-reviewed publications in theoretical condensed matter physics
- Three major fellowships: American Physical Society, American Academy of Arts and Sciences, and American Association for the Advancement of Science
Labs & Collaborations:
He collaborates with the Max Planck Institute of Quantum Optics through the MPQ Distinguished Scholar program, working with Prof. Immanuel Bloch's Quantum Many-Body Systems Division and Prof. Ignacio Cirac's Theory Division.
