David H. Sirken

David H. Sirken, DO, MSMed, FAAN, FACP, is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Neurology at Drexel University College of Medicine. He serves as the Neurology Student Clerkship Associate Director and Neurology Student Pathway Associate Director. He directs the neuro-hospitalist program at Global Neurosciences Institute and leads medical student education initiatives.

Education:

• BA in Biology and Psychology - Rutgers University (1983)
• DO - New York College of Osteopathic Medicine (1987)
• MSMed in Medical Education - Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (2020)

Research Interests: Focuses on stroke treatment, with clinical interests in neurology, headache medicine, and vascular neurology. His work emphasizes stroke prevention and acute stroke management.
