David Gruschka is a Researcher at the Faculty of Management, Culture and Technology of Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences since March 2012. He serves as a scientific staff member at the Institute for Theatre Pedagogy and holds the künstlerische Leitung of the independent children's and youth theater echtzeit-theater in Münster since 2011.
