David Goodlett is a Professor and Director of the UVIC Genome BC Proteomics Centre in the Department of Biochemistry and Microbiology at the University of Victoria. He holds a BSc and PhD from North Carolina State University (NCSU). His research focuses on host-pathogen interactions, lipid A structure-activity relationships, microbial diagnostics, and proteomics-driven systems biology. Dr. Goodlett leads a lab developing mass spectrometry-based technologies, including lipidomics and MALDI-TOF MS for rapid bacterial identification.

- Bioinformatics pipelines for cross-linking mass spectrometry (CLMS)
