David Frost

Dr. David Frost is the Elizabeth and Bill Higginbotham Professor at Georgia Tech's School of Civil and Environmental Engineering. His research focuses on geosystems engineering, disaster response mechanisms, and resilient infrastructure development. With expertise in digital data collection systems, he holds patents for multi-sensor subsurface analysis tools.

Research interests include:

• Behavior of soils under static/dynamic loading
• Spatial information systems for hazard assessment
• Geotechnical extreme event reconnaissance
• Soil-polymeric composite systems
