Professor David Flannigan leads the Ultrafast Electron Microscopy (UEM) Research Group at the University of Minnesota's Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science. His work focuses on developing and applying UEM to study atomic-scale structural and electronic dynamics in materials.
