David F. Kallmes

David F. Kallmes, M.D., is a Professor of Radiology at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science, with joint appointments in the Department of Radiology and Neurologic Surgery. His primary research focuses on advancing minimally invasive treatments for intracranial aneurysms and osteoporotic vertebral fractures. He leads preclinical and clinical trials on microcoil technologies, stem cell therapies, and biomechanical interventions.
