David Cosottile is a Lecturer in the Department of Special Education and Clinical Sciences at the University of Oregon’s College of Education. He holds a Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University (2020), an M.A. in Behavior Analysis (2018), and a B.S. in Psychology with a Biopsychology concentration (2015).
His research focuses on applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to health-related behaviors, including sleep disorders in individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), substance use disorders, and medication adherence. He also investigates risky choice determinants using the Prize Wheel laboratory task. His work often involves telehealth coaching for parent-implemented interventions and parametric analyses of behavioral outcomes.
