Dave Stemper is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Forest Ecosystems & Society at Oregon State University's College of Forestry. He serves as a Graduate Major Advisor for the Master of Natural Resources (MNR) program. His expertise focuses on environmental interpretation, natural resource education, communication, and outdoor recreation.
Education:
- B.S. in Biology, University of Minnesota (1988)
- M.S. in Natural Resource Communication & Interpretation, University of Minnesota (1997)
Teaching: Courses include TRAL 493/593 Environmental Interpretation, FES 430/530 Forest as Classroom, NR 201 Managing Natural Resources for the Future, and upcoming TRAL 227 Sharing Your Outdoor Origin Story.
