Daryn Dodson is a Lecturer in Management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB). He holds an MBA from Stanford GSB (2007) and an AB in Public Policy from Duke University (2002). His work focuses on addressing social and environmental challenges through impact investing, asset management, and reducing racial/gender bias in professional settings.
Research interests include racial/gender bias mitigation, experiential learning strategies, and the intersection of finance with social justice. He has published peer-reviewed work on racial bias in investor decision-making, featured in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (2019).
Awards include the Impact Agent of Change Award and the Tapestry Award (2016) from Stanford GSB. He actively engages with Fortune 100 companies, foundations, and impact investors to promote equitable practices. Teaching and advisory roles emphasize real-world applications of management principles in socially responsible contexts.
