Role & Affiliation: Daryl Hogan is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Nursing-Undergrad department at The University of Texas at Arlington. He holds an MSN in Nursing Education (expected 2024, UT Tyler) and a BSN (2020, Azusa Pacific University). His research focuses on comparing chlorhexidine gluconate (CHG) versus alcohol-based cleansers in reducing catheter-related bloodstream infections (CLABSI).
Teaching & Service: Teaches Clinical Nursing Foundations (NURS 3632) across multiple sections. Serves as a volunteer in organizations such as Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy, Leukemia Lymphoma Society, and Azusa Pacific University. Currently holds clinical nursing roles at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (Bone Marrow Transplant unit) and Baylor Scott and White Health (Hematology/Oncology).
