Darryn Jensen

Darryn Jensen is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at ANU College of Law, Australian National University, specializing in trusts law, equitable remedies, and theoretical foundations of private law. His research examines doctrinal development in constructive trusts against theoretical debates about judicial decision-making.
