Darrell Kopke

Darrell Kopke is a Lecturer in the Entrepreneurship, Sustainability and Innovation Group at UBC Sauder School of Business. He also serves as Course Lead and Co-Moderator at Creative Destruction Lab – Vancouver. An experienced entrepreneur, he has led multiple companies including Kit and Ace Designs, Karma Athletics, and was a founding team member of lululemon athletica.

His expertise centers on scaling omni-channel apparel businesses and retail technology ventures. Professional experience includes expanding lululemon from $1M to $200M+ revenue during 2001-2005 as General Manager.

Teaching focuses on venture creation, technology startups, and creative business models. Courses include Creative Destruction Lab (BCom), Startup Venture Analysis (MBA), and Applied Methods in Technology Start-ups.
