Dariush Hinderberger

Dariush Hinderberger is Professor of Physical Chemistry at Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg's Department of Chemistry, specializing in complex self-organizing systems. His technical expertise includes electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) and infrared spectroscopy.

Research encompasses protein hydrogels, thermoresponsive polymers, and biomolecule-detection probes. Recent work explores antibody-polymer interfacial interactions, mitochondria-targeted ROS sensors, and ionic liquids as membrane mimics. He directs the EPR spectroscopy facility.
