Daren Jay serves as a Lecturer in Policing at Charles Sturt University's Australian Graduate School of Policing and Security, where he has been employed since 2008. Mr. Jay's professional expertise centers on investigative interviewing methodologies with vulnerable populations and contemporary policing practices. His specialization stems from direct operational experience as a UK Royal Military Police Investigator (Special Investigation Branch), where he qualified as a UK Home Office Investigative Interviewing Trainer in 1996 and achieved Tier 3 certification as an Achieving Best Evidence (ABE) Video Interviewer with Kent Police.
